Fewer and less
Fewer for things you can count, less for amounts. Money, time and distance take less even though they are countable, because they are treated as quantities.

Who and whom
Who is the subject, whom the object. Answer the question with he or him: if him fits, whom is correct. Whom is fading in speech and still expected in formal writing.
