Strong
Drafting, summarising, translating, explaining, rewriting, generating options and pattern-matching over text. Anything where being roughly right quickly is genuinely useful.
- It reads long documents faster than any person.
- It is unbothered by tedious rewriting, which is where much of the value sits.
Weak
Exact arithmetic it cannot see through, counting, knowing what it does not know, very long-range consistency, and anything needing current facts without retrieval.
