Data handling
Whether your input is stored or used for training depends entirely on the product and its settings. Assume anything typed into a consumer service could be seen by someone unless the terms say otherwise.
- Do not paste secrets, credentials or other people's personal data into a chat box.
- Business tiers usually carry stricter commitments than free ones.
Prompt injection
A model reading a web page or a document will treat instructions inside it as text worth following. Anything that acts on untrusted content needs a boundary between data and commands.
